You'll have 100 feet of waterfront with your very own draw-bridge which connects to the dock! Being south facing, you will enjoy all day sun which beams through the large windows as you overlook the lake. Enjoy BBQ's on the deck or warming up around the fire-pit to end off your nights. Only 15 minutes away from Port Carling, and 8 minutes away from Windermere.
