Holiday rentals with beach access in Ula

Since we left early on the first day, Mr. Ali helped us to leave our belongings at home. The house was as it appeared in the photos, very clean. Its location is very good, very close to the marina and the street of bars. We stayed three people, the house was quite sufficient. Only because it was so close to the street of bars, the night music was quite loud. This was not a problem for us, but those who go can also consider this.

The location of the house was very good, it was within walking distance to everywhere in Marmaris. Mr. Gökhan responded quickly to the questions and allowed us to check in early. The furniture in the house was a bit old, but it was in usable condition. Only the laundry wire needs to be changed. It's a good place in terms of price/performance. You can stay safely.

Great host. Keys in lockbox for easy access. Left in peace. The place was very clean with AC in all rooms. Kitchen provided with everything needed to cook.

I would definitely recommend it to a friendly host. It is 1-2 streets away from the bars street in the center and it was very easy and comfortable to reach beautiful places when you leave the house.

We left Gökova Şemkin Apart, where we stayed for 5 days, very satisfied. The house was very clean. It is a quiet and peaceful place in terms of location, it is very convenient to reach the surrounding places by car, and it was very easy to reach places such as grocery stores, markets, and bakeries within walking distance. Everything that could be needed in the house was available. With a lot of greenery, the house itself, its silence and peacefulness, and at the same time, we loved staying and left happily with Mr. Mert's hospitality. Thank you for everything, hope to come back again:)

The house was very clean and tidy, exactly the same as the photos. The host was open and helpful with communication, quick to respond to everything. We felt right at home during our short stay. We would love to come back and would thoroughly recommend.

Ms. Suna and Mr. Ahmet are really very friendly and very helpful. The house is as it appears in the photos; it is immaculately clean and the transportation is also very comfortable. It's nice to have air conditioning in every room.

It was a really clean accommodation. We could smell the cleanliness from the very first moment we entered. Everything was as it appeared in the photos, I would definitely recommend it. It has become one of my favorite places :)

I spend 2 nights in Akyaka at Tubas appartment. And I think the most special about the appartment is Tuba herself. She is such a nice and smart person and a really helpful host with good recommendations for food and drinks. She also helped me to plan my trip from the Airport Dalaman (Shuttle busses+ Taxi, quite easy and cheap) and made me feel like home from first moment - and also safe as I was traveling alone. The appartment itself is clean and welcoming, with a really comfortable bed. Its in a good and quite location about 15min walking distance to the beach and with restaurants and supermarkets around. The included kitchen has all basics, but I would not recommend it as an appartement for a longer vacation in which you want to spend lot of time in the appartement and prepare most meals by yourself. Mr. Armağan is a very kind and thoughtful host, everything in the house was thoughtfully considered and prepared. It was also very kind of him to call to get our feedback and comments. It was a beautiful house that we would want to go to again and again.

It's a peaceful place near Akmak river. Boat river trips, Feed ducks and have nice coffee tea beside River. Good for couples and small families. Also buy fresh fish to cook. Great area to relax.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

It was a very pleasant, central, clean, quiet and peaceful house where we felt at home and enjoyed spending time in the garden. We would like to thank Mr. Murat for his help, interest and relevance.
