Beautiful little house in Scandicci, I was very happy living here. It's super spacious, comfortable and nice. The bathroom is my favorite place. It has a very pleasant patio for sunbathing and a coffee. Beautiful indoor plants that give it a lot of life! The house is super-equipped, throughout my stay I didn't have to buy practically anything extra for the house. The TV room is super comfortable and made me very happy. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant, a convenience store next door, the Trattoria da Dino (delicious) and very close to a laundry, cafeteria. Besides, I always felt very safe. Stops for two bus lines less than a block away. To get to Florence by public transport, it is well connected. Giacomo is an unbeatable host, always attentive to me, very friendly, always taking care of everything I asked of him and he speaks many languages. I can only thank him for his hospitality and the wonderful opportunity I had to live in this little house for a few months. Happy travels to the next guest!!

Great place to stay that’s only 30 minutes from downtown Florence. Trust me, you don’t want to be downtown every day. This area is much quieter yet complete with everything from restaurants on both sides of the apartment, plus a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. To get downtown you can take the #27 bus to Nenni station, then the T1 tram to downtown. Or you can walk 15 minutes to the Aldo Moro T1 station. If you’re coming from the airport, take the T2 downtown then work backwards. Host is very responsive and helpful, we locked ourselves out and they responded less than 15 minutes!!! Everything you need to feel at home is here. Would recommend, thanks.

What an apartment! Tastefully decorated, all the necessary amenities and full of small touches much appreciated. It's clean and quiet, so you won't want to move anymore. Daniela is very kind and responds very quickly to any question you may have. The "wishlist" is fully deserved 😊
