En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures.
