Der Mehrgenerationenhof liegt in Alleinlage etwa 400 m vor dem idyllischen Dorf Greußenheim, 12 km westl. von Würzburg. Die Wohnung ist circa 50 m2 groß, voll ausgestattet und mit einer neuen Einbauküche versehen. Ein Stellplatz für einen PKW ist vorhanden. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt etwa fünf Gehminuten entfernt (Richtung: Würzburg und Marktheidenfeld).

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen.
