Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer befindet sich im OG mit je1,60 breit und 1,80 breiten Betten. Vom EG bieten die Terrassen und im OG die Dachterrasse mit glasüberdachtem Essplatz und Sonnendeck Outdoorvergnügen. Das EG-Bad hat eine Walk-in-Dusche Im OG Bad kann die Badewanne auch als Dusche genutzt werden.
