Here is my review for this place Location 9/10 Location is awesome and having clear sight of Naukuchiyatal. Instead of going somewhere else for enjoying Sunset in Nainital, one shall stay at this place and enjoy tea and pakodas on table. However, please note people with back injury or back problem or pregnant ladies shall avoid this place as access road to this place is very narrow and bumpy. Hopefully, Local body will improve that in future. In House Restaurant 10/10 Cook is really fantastic and he prepared all the dishes with great taste and hygiene. Mr. Chandan was really fantastic person and very prompt in service. They will prepare food asper your choice (less salt, less sugar, less oil, etc) Cleanliness: 10/10 Brijwasi ji taking good care of property and along with chandan, they both were eager to serve customers. Rooms are net and clean. However house furniture requires some maintenance.Room Doors and Toilet Accessories are either faulty or not of use. Mr.Singh is very nice person and very useful for the guests. He ensured that we do not face any issues while our stay. However, He should talk to Mr. Brijwasi Ji over behaviour issues. He should consider all human beings equal, Drivers are also professionals and being human they also deserve self respect. If someone is not behaving well he should discuss with the main guest or responsible person in customer, instead of creating issue with drivers. Personally i did not like that, otherwise he was nice to us and all customers.

Kaashi as the name suggested the stay felt like a spiriutal experience , every corner of the house is well thought of , bathroom is super clean and the interior felt like to the very best. Very satisfying stay

The place is beautifully made & very well maintained. The approach road to the property is quite steep which is very much expected on hills. The caretakers were very good and honoured all our requests. The cook made exceptional food and served us hot food even at 12 midnight. The views from the property are not mind blowing but the overall property is very good. The club house needs some attention and maintenance though. Club house was the only disappointment. Rest everything was amazing. Must Stay!!

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

Thanking god for making things perfect here in all the ways. Amazing place top class view of lake and mountains clean, property with god fragrance all around , lovely planters ,perfect interior, spacious all around and also proper vehicle parking space .. most importantly :::Raju Negi (chef)👍🏻 prepares tasty food … amazing very nice guy , god listener for ur personal choices of taste and food.. serves heavy quantity.. Sagar singh. :: very sweet guy maintaining proper cleanliness and arrange alll things nicely .. Good Rakesh:::a very silent and good work man Keep alllthings manageable and helps in all services… Excellent stay .. will come again sure and soon🙏🏻

The property was as advertised, far from city croud. Make sure to download offline maps to reach there coz no Airtel signal there only jio and bsnl. The caretaker was available for cleanup. The Pool was clean and functional. However there should be a partition between pools the adjacent property have similar layout and no partition in between so not so private pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities so cook as you feel. There was inverter and wifi but during my stay the inverter was not working hence during powercut no backup was available.
