This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

The quiet zone on the area of Morzycko lake ensures a peaceful rest without the sounds of motorboats or scooters. Kayak and comfortable rowing boat are included in the price! Morzycko is an ideal lake for anglers. Forest paths near the house are perfect for walking or running. Come and check it out!

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Vacation home by the lake

We offer a vacation home on the Templiner Stadtsee (federal waterway) with a jetty. It has a sleeping area with a 2 m double bed and a separate living area with a sofa bed for 2 people. A kitchen with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A spacious terrace invites you to linger. There are plenty of parking spaces. The jetty is located on the city lake under the vacation home and is suitable for fishing.

Just outside Berlin is this idyllic, completely renovated cottage, which offers you a refuge while at the same time being located in the middle of a region that offers many leisure, sport and cultural activities. The nearby lake invites you to relax. There is a spa resource 100 meters away. The house is in Julianenhof near Buckow in the Märkische Schweiz, 50 km east of Berlin. The perfect place to relax, experience intact nature, hike. Only a few places in Germany have such dark nights and such an intoxicating starry sky. Buckow offers small shopping, restaurants and a wonderful beach in Lake Schermützelsee. You'll love my place because of the spacious, stylishly furnished apartment in a beautiful old house.

Time out at Lake Tollensee

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to get away from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee, which invites you to swim or stand-up paddle in its clear water. Or for nice bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg offers many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
