Welcome to a unique and modern villa perfect for the larger group (up to 30 guests). Discover magical nature with four swimming lakes within a short walk. The completely private back sleeps a nature pool and wood-burning hot tub for about 10 persons. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking lots next to the house which of course is fully equipped in every way possible. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. This apartment in a villa has private entrance with a small porch where you can sit and rest. It is located 20 minutes from the center by bus and access to underground. During rush hours directly by bus to/from Central station. Walking distance to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Free parking very close the room. The room has one bed and one extra bed (sofabed). Accommodation at lovely Tyresöreservatet. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.

This house was built in 2008 as a guesthouse next to our main building and was renovated 2025. Great for friends, couples or the outdoor adventurer with the forest and lakes just around the corner, a spectacular setting in the most beautiful area of Tyresö.
