The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. The house is close to Stockholm by car, Tyresö Castle is within walking distance and by boat you can quickly get to Saltsjöbaden and Dalarö. Feel free to ask any questions

Close proximity to Tyresta Nature Reserve!

Small cottage by the sea in Nacka

We rent out this little charming house with sea view. Perfect for those who want to be close to Stockholm but stay close to nature. Located right next to the Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower and a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and the possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motorboat that is located in the harbor in front of the house.

Here you can relax in a quiet environment and watch the boats gliding by or take the train into Stockholm and enjoy its range of restaurants and amusements. Train station is in about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 min by train into Stockholm. With car, it takes about 30-35 min. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with combined washing machine and dryer. Double bed in bedroom. Sofa bed for two in living room.

Our house is situated in a very nice and green neighborhood. Just 25 minutes to Stockholm City by public transport! It is also close to both the lake, nature and the archipelago. Just a few minutes walk from the house there is a park with playground, soccer field and nice walking areas. It is a newly renovated house with a modern standard. Outside the house there is a porch with the opportunity to sunbathe and have dinner. If you want to arrive without car, the house is close to the busstop.

The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.
