Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

In a separate cottage 5 meters from this accommodation, there is a spacious sauna with sea view. Spa pool is about 50 meters from the house In the lake house, there is a bed and a sofa bed. If you have more than 4 people, you can rent another cottage for 4 people Hiking trails, café, restaurants and much more are just 10-20 minutes away

A double bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed in the other bedroom (there is also 1 extra bed). Lake view from all windows. Parking space right by the house, which is included in the rent. The accommodation is suitable for families or couples.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

After one of all possible adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or ice skating trip on the lake, or a turn into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility. Perhaps you'll let the stress melt away in the sauna or hammock, followed by a dip or a lovely outdoor shower. Here you are close to nature and the city at the same time. Welcome to our guest house with access to the jetty in the best sunny location! Here you can relax in a quiet environment and watch the boats gliding by or take the train into Stockholm and enjoy its range of restaurants and entertainment. Train station is about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. By car, it takes about 30-35 minutes. Free parking. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with combined washer and dryer. Double bed in bedroom. Sofa bed for two in the living room.

Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing by outside the house, which has a terrace facing the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. A nature reserve for walking and running is a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub on our jetty can be rented for one evening. Currently under repair. Available from 20/5.
