Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

You are soothed by the wave's gentle rocking motion, lulling you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Big Garden.

Our cabin is 25 sqm with a double bed and a sleeping loft. Bathroom with shower, bbq, fridge, microwave, hotplate with a frying pan and pot, and a kettle, as well as complementary coffee and tea, is available. A direct bus to Stockholm city takes 35 min, plus five min walk to the bus stop. Come and enjoy the scenery, the birds and the silence!
