In Sonoma Wine Country, 12 minutes to downtown gourmet restaurants, and organic coffee houses. Take gorgeous backroads to Bodega Bay and Sonoma Coast. Nestle into the warm glow of a gas fireplace or watch for deer and wildlife from the deck or living room. This is a perfect retreat space for one or two people; it is not appropriate for parties.

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the nearby Petaluma Premium Outlet shopping mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using nearby freeways or public transportation.

Fair Street Retreat A Historical Petaluma Studio

Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017

Family Friendly Central Petaluma Studio

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.

Private In-Law Suite near SSU and Petaluma

Our one bedroom, one bath guest suite offers private accommodations in 600 square feet of living space. The suite is all on one level, with its own entrance, living/dining area, and space for simple food prep with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker. You’ll enter through your own beautifully landscaped private patio. (Sonoma County TOT Certificate #4569N)
