Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Wir leben auf dem Land mit viel Grün und frischer Luft, freiem Geist und sind offen für Gäste. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

New location right on the Uplandsteig. In this cozy cabin you can enjoy the view and silence - relax by the fireplace - put on an LP… The sun shines through the large windows all day. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking and skiing. Great location on the edge of Willingen/Usseln. Restaurants, Graf Stollberghütte and the Skywalk are within walking distance. With a chic mirror sauna in the garden. Black+Beauty the place of well-being in nature - be active and recharge your batteries.

The little black dress

The little black one! A charming cottage on the Musenberg. A beautiful colorful cottage garden welcomes guests. The covered terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors. For grilling and cooking, use the outdoor oven. (Spring to fall) The bright house, which is converted into the roof, is decorated with a lot of love. Experience relaxing days surrounded by nature! Hiking and cross-country skiing right outside the door. Pets are welcome upon request. Maximum 1 dog.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Living on the farm

Our house is free-standing between fields, forest and meadows in beautiful scenery. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large eat-in kitchen, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" can be reached quickly.

Hytte Willingen - Cozy wooden hut in the uplands

We are happy to present our second hut called "Hytte". Cozily furnished in Willingen-Bömighausen, it will delight you. Surrounded by forest, meadows and pastures, this charming place is not only suitable for recreation and relaxation. In addition to its ideal starting point for hiking (Uplandsteig), cycling and excursions to the beautiful region, it is only a few kilometers away from the Willingen ski area. Dogs are welcome! (€30 per stay)

Nice, small apartment in the city center of Bad Arolsen. Baker, pharmacy, drugstore and small boutiques in the immediate vicinity are within walking distance. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a short trip or longer bookings to the beautiful residence city. Your hosts stay in the house next door and are always available for any questions and tips on excursion destinations and other information.

The ground floor apartment is modern and stylishly furnished - ideal for couples or individuals. The apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished in April 2019. The living room: In addition to one bedroom, a spacious living room with complete , modern kitchen and another sleeping sofa for 1 person (1.40 x 2.00 m), the apartment has a modern equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
