This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)

This large victorian house unit 2 is extraordinary because it is located on the historic Irvine Park square with beautiful views of its fountain and gazebo - this is the only rental available on the park!! The victorian was handmade in 1869 and the exterior is now a museum piece preserved by the National Register of Historic Places. It is featured in Saint Paul walking and bus history tours, history books and even a history comic book!

Entire half of a 150 year old side by side duplex (separate entrances). Completely updated but with its historic charm preserved. One queen in the bedroom and 2 full sized sleeper sofas in the living room (with separating French doors). In the heart of W 7th and the beautiful Irvine Park, just 2 blocks to Downtown and Xcel Center. The vibrant West 7th dining and nightlife scene is steps away. Free parking and easy highway access.

A 1920s cottage on 1.2 wooded acres, just north of the Twin Cities. 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul, but it feels a world away. Sweet lower level of a duplex right smack dab in one the coolest neighborhoods in Minneapolis. Entire place is yours (I live upstairs in a separate unit if you need anything). It's less than 3 miles to the big 3: downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, and Modist Brewing Company. Sleeping arrangements = 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a couch that turns into a Twin XL.
