Two Private, furnished rooms available for nightly and weekly rentals in cozy 3 BR/2BA house located in a safe neighborhood a short block north of Minnehaha Creek, and two short blocks from Lake Hiawatha. The rooms are located on the main level with plenty of sunlight, and there is quick access to a full bath, linen closet, dining and living rooms, as well as the kitchen. One room has a NEW QUEEN BED, and the other has a full sized bed. I stay out of your way as much as possible, but am happy to give you any information about the area. Several other amenities included, such as: ~Porch (courtesy of HGTV's 'Decorating Cents'), patio ~Easy access to light rail station (7 blocks) and bus routes (2 blocks) ~2 short blocks to Lake Hiawatha, 6 short blocks to Lake Nokomis, and 8 blocks to Minnehaha Falls ~One short block to paved trails for walking/biking/running/cross country skiing along Minnehaha Creek ~Wireless Internet ~Newer gas cooking stove ~Off street parking (per availability), and plenty of on street parking ~Piano from the roarin' 20s ~Hardwood floors, oak buffet Pre-arrangement: ~Occasional access to "the lounge" w/ bar and turntable for your vinyl records, and for musician rehearsal space There is just an extra 10.00 for an additional person. There are two smaller rooms located on the main level with quick access to a full bath, dining and living rooms, and the kitchen. Musicians! Ask about available rehearsal space, and hosting a house concert! Price would cover all of these amenities, except a 5.00 gratuity for breakfast service. Look forward to hearing from you!

Historic District Carriage House- The Cutest

Enjoy the cutest carriage house in the whole Twin Cities. Have your own little home nestled in the Historic District; it has everything you need. Close to unique restaurants, walking distance to downtown (1mile). Location is great just a 15 minute drive to where you need to go: US Bank Stadium; downtown Mpls; MSP airport; and MOA. Two bedrooms, a king and a queen; kitchenette and living room; a full bath with tub and hand shower. Built in 1910 it was home to the chauffeur and his wife.

Home Share Solo Room with Breakfast

Our home is in a suburb near Minneapolis. We are near trails and two lakes. This room has a day bed made up for sleep. It's great for solo travelers. A second guest can stay in this small room with a comfortable air bed for an added charge. This room is on the first floor off of the great room - our dining room and kitchen. 15 minutes by car from Minneapolis - best of both worlds: bucolic area and close to the city! We share breakfast with guests who want it. All guests are welcome.

The Dickens Room is cozy and comfortable; furnished for you with antiques, including a double brass bedstead with beautiful bedding, a loveseat, and a writing desk. The windows of this room are almost full-length, providing plenty of sunshine, but they also have drapes and original shutters. The Dickens Room shares a bathroom right down the hall next to The Cozy (which is where our guests will find snacks and beverages to enjoy in their rooms or in the downstairs parlours).

Welcome to our home; quiet, clean and welcoming. Close to the Minneapolis Lakes, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to main roads, and public transportation. Please note: 2nd bedroom has an additional small charge (ask the host how to reserve it) Kitchen is vegetarian and limited to fridge, microwave, tea/coffee maker and light meal prep. We have a very friendly (but shedding) dog and a perfume-free environment. Please confirm that all those are OK w/you.
