Feel connected to nature. Our Tiny House is located in the middle of a 2000 sq m natural garden with no direct neighbors. The covered terrace invites you to rest, eat or work in the garden, come rain or sunshine. In colder weather you can heat the Nordpeis wood-burning stove and enjoy the glow and warmth of the fire. For those for whom the 2000 sq m garden is not enough - the edge of the Huy forest is 100 meters from the property. In the evening, you can gaze at the stars as you fall asleep.

Consisting of a living/bedroom with TV and fast Wi-Fi. 1 room with a small kitchenette. 1 separate, small bathroom with shower and toilet. Carport / terrace with cozy garden furniture and wide views of nature. The rental price includes electricity, heating, hot water and fast Wi-Fi. Final cleaning is included with normal use! Self check-in with a lockbox is possible.

Welcome to the oasis of calm! The beautiful newly renovated 2-room apartment near Braunschweig is located on the outskirts of Hötzum and invites you to switch off and relax. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and stove, the apartment has a rain shower and a washing machine. The terrace in the countryside also invites you to linger. If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.
