When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Our spacious listed holiday villa has three floors and offers plenty of space for your holidays - it is an inviting place to stay. There are 160sqm at your disposal.On the 2nd floor there are two more bedrooms available if required. Around 1900 it was built here between the old city wall and Kinzig. It is located just 400 meters from the historic market square, overlooking monastery grounds, Kinzigtorturm and Kinzig. Almost everyone who sees the house falls in love at first sight.

This unique loft is 13 minutes from the airport ZH and 20 min. from the city limits of Zurich. The area is rural, with forests and a river right by the house. The loft is 280m2 and fully equipped with everything. Nothing is missing here. The beds on the upper floor are of the finest quality and also the sanitary facilities. The lower floor is 200m2 and also includes a sleeping possibility for 2 people. Winter garden and terrace are on the 3rd floor.
