From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where gams, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoes. There are wonderful hiking trails directly from the house, which also invite you to winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Our home is in Mühlheim a.d. Donau. Located in the middle of the Upper Danube Nature Park, it is the ideal start for a variety of hikes. Cultural attractions such as the Benedictine monastery Beuron, the medieval monastery town of Campus Galli, Wildenstein Castle are among the excursion destinations in the region. For cyclists, the Danube infiltration or Sigmaringen can be reached conveniently via the Donauradtalweg, located at the house. A day at the nearby Lake Constance is ideal for relaxation.

The small cottage is located near Lake Constance(about 18km away)in a small village where fox and rabbit still say hello. They are surrounded by meadows and forests with views to the Alps. Since animals live in the neighborhood, pets are also welcome here. For your stay, I can suggest the following excursion destinations in advance:the Lochmühle, Danube Valley, Aachquelle and Hegauberge. On site, I have some brochures with tips and ideas.

Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.
