The little house by the sea

An enchanting little house with a breathtaking sea view, just 10 meters from the beach, where you can relax, lulled by the sound of the waves. Furnished in a nautical style, it resembles a sailing ship in motion. The mirrored window allows you to enjoy a coffee or lunch in total privacy while admiring the sea. Just 20 minutes by train from the Roma San Pietro station, the house is close to Etruscan Necropolis of Banditaccia and the Torre Flavia Natural Park, ideal for walks in the nature.

Villa Pupì Green Retreat

Villa Pupí is a country house surrounded by greenery. 2km from Trevignano Romano, the lake beach 10 minutes on foot. It is surrounded by a large park with swimming pool, an olive grove and a panoramic terrace. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. We invite you to enjoy this relaxing space: for time in the pool and for the shade under the trees, for a barbecue with friends or to visit the archaeological sites in the surrounding area or even reach Rome in an hour.

Casa Isla, near Orvieto, amazing views + pool

Located between the villages Viceno and Benano with incredible views of Orvieto and surrounded by olive trees. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

Casina Tuscia

Casina Tuscia is a completely renovated and efficient villa where you can relax. Immersed in nature and surrounded by a beautiful native olive grove. We want to suggest to our guests that in September it will be possible to taste the grapes harvested directly from our rows. Also in November, you can taste the new oil from our plants. In the immediate vicinity is the beautiful Tuscia Terme Thermal Park. For stays of at least 3 nights, we will give you one free entrance.

La Casetta Al Mattonato (The Brick House)

Bright and quiet penthouse apartment in the heart of Trastevere, with a wonderful terrace and an unparalleled view of charming roman roofs and the Gianicolo hill. The flat is meticulously refurbished and set in a picturesque cobblestoned street, just around the corner from the lively restaurants and cafes. La Casetta al Mattonato is located on the 3rd floor (41 steps, no elevator) of a 1600s typical roman building, within walking distance of all major attractions.
