Holiday rentals with a patio in Turunç

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. Marios and his father are super nice and accommodating.

We are very happy with the stay, the place was very clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. Everything you could need was there, a 15-minute walk to the center of the old town and 10 minutes to the bus stop. Very good contact with the owners. They respond to messages very quickly. We highly recommend this apartment :)

It was incredibly clean and more beautiful than the photos. The family place was incredibly friendly and caring. The house was immaculately clean. They were always supportive. They were very gulery people. A friendly and friendly environment

Kostas proactively contacted us before we arrived and welcomed us with a self-check-in video on arrival. He had organized water, a few beers and some fruit for us in the fridge. We were "very" grateful to him for this as we arrived late. He had also organized different types of coffee for us. The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as in the photos. You immediately felt at home. The location of the apartment is really good, as you can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, as well as to the old town. Just around the corner there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coiffeur salon (lui e lei / ladies) and Danis Hair Salon (men). There is also a nail salon for manicures and pedicures (nails & shine, approx. 8 min). There is also a coffee shop and an Adidas store. Really great! Just perfect! We love Kostas & Greece :) Ps. One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed. the place is amazing and cozy and the host is the best ever. I was allowed very early check in and check out, the apartment was spotless, with everything you need, coffee and some necessities, and even some candy and 2 large bottles of water. the place is very private. it's perfectly located as it's close walkable distance to everything in Rhodes town and it's not easy to get taxi there. the near beach is nice and clean and you have a beach towel and umbrella provided by the host. I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment.

Ideal location between Old Town and New Town, walkable to nearly everything. Our flight was delayed by several hours and there was no problem checking in late. Everything was spotlessly clean. As we stayed for 11 nights, bedding and towels were changed, and a clean done midway through the stay, which was appreciated. Just to mention, the front balcony overlooks a very busy road at all times of day and night, as a result it's very noisy when sitting out having a coffee or drink. Earplugs recommended at night. The back balcony is a sun trap so gets extremely hot (depending on the time of year). As we had a late flight home, we were able to leave our bags for free in a hotel in the New Town, which was very convenient.

Great place to stay, in a neighbourhood where you are a 10 minute walk down one street from the gates of the old town and the new city, but in an authentic neighborhood where the locals live and the food and bakeries are great. There is also on street parking available (although it can be full at night when the locals are home). As for the apartment, it's a great little studio, with all the necessary equipment and things there. lovely balcony and view. The host was very responsive to help with anything and allowed us to leave later than usual with there being no reservation the next day, also left some greek lemonade and water in the fridge for us. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about the place, really enjoyed my 5 nights there. I would definitely recommend

A very clean and we'll appointed apartment. 15 minutes to the old town. Christina was very good communicator. Everything was fine. Supermarket nearby and coffee places. The area is not so pretty but is safe and the apartment was quiet. I would recommend

The design and comfort of the house were beautiful, a very ideal stay for large groups. Mr. Vural met us at the door and briefly introduced us to the house and quickly answered our questions afterwards and supported us. It's in a very ideal location if you're looking for an isolated and peaceful.

It was a very pleasant house. It was just 2 nights in the other apartments while we stayed, it was very comfortable. Since we are off-season, there is construction in the area, you are subject to their noises when you are at home. There are very good restaurants in a pleasant area of Sogut, we had a very, very nice 5 days as of the season, thank you very much.

This is a perfect place to stay, if you're traveling by car. We only stayed for a couple of days, but I can definitely say that the flat has everything you need for a longer stay. And of course, many thanks to Kardelen for always being ready to help!

Idyllic, pure nature and everything you need! The sea, the center of Marmaris (a stone's throw) and the entire Marmaris area can be explored or reached by car between 60-90 minutes. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees, this village and the apartment are surprisingly fresh and pleasant. We didn't use the air conditioning one day. For the city of Datca (approx. 2 hours/easy) you should plan a whole day or 2 days. Everything is great ;)

this was a brilliant property, fantastic welcome pack with everything you would possibly need and more, great location for exploring the city, plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets very close, very clean and a great patio area, we would definitely say here again, thanks very much

This was our return stop on route back to UK from Symi. It was a convenient location in a quiet residential area a walkable distance from the port and old town. Bleantia was a lovely and accommodating host and the apartment super clean, modern and very comfortable.

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

Had a great stay at this property. Photos don’t do the property justice!! Property had everything you could ever need. Georgios was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

Eleftherios was very helpful during our stay. Especially when I asked for advice on what to do in Rhodes, I received quick and excellent recommendations. The apartment was clean, and whenever we needed something, he responded promptly. You can stay here with peace of mind. I stayed for 2 weeks, and I am very happy with my experience!

Gokhan was a lovely host. Absolutely perfect stay. A little difficult to walk up to with suitcases, but once there, it was absolutely stunning. Gorgeous house, safe, large, spacious rooms, beautiful views, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities and more, a comfortable bed, a bathroom which looked like it came out of a magazine, phenomenal shower and bath, fast wifi, giant kitchen, and fresh citrus in the trees right outside. Short walk to the old town. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Paulos was an amazing host, extremely responsive and helpful, had a booklet of local recommendations ready on arrival, the apartment was stunning, really well looked after and even better in person! Would recommend Paulos and this stay 10 times out of 10, will be returning when I am back in Rhodes!
