The traditional stone house is located in the old town of Marmaris, just beside the famous castle. The ground floor is the entrance hall, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a simple fireplace and air conditioning, which can also be used as a heater. Up the stairs to get into the living room with open kitchen. A small dining table, sofa, armchair and television equip this space. From the living room a 10 m2 large balcony is accessible, inviting you to read or eat breakfast. Another staircase leads to the roof terrace (25m2), from where you get a magnificent view of the old town to the sea. Marmaris is a popular holiday destination with many options for day trips and vacation activities. Recommended certainly is a boat tour with lunch or dinner in one of many romantic bays. The boat tours can be booked by the way spontaneously. Boats are always ready (3 minutes from the house). Dive boats, restaurants, bars, shops and the harbor are within 3 minutes. The beach for a swim can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. In the house you feel far away from mass tourism and has won over all the possibilities. Spending the holiday in a house in the Castle area of Marmaris is a "tip"!

The outdoor swimming pool is for shared use. A lift can be used to go down to the main road. The beaches are 400 metres from the road and an 8-minute walk away. The apartment was renovated by my architect friend. Everything is brand new and comfortable. It has a magnificent sea view. Within walking distance to the sea and Turunç. There are two large rooms (2 double beds), a sofa bed for 2 in the living room and a sofa bed for 2 on the patio. A total of 8 people can stay. There is a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine. There's Wi-Fi and Tivibu. Each room has a TV. The air conditioners are brand new. It's a super cozy place.

Seaside 2+1 Flat, Comfortable and Central

This Cozy 2+1 is located in center of Marmaris. In the house there are all you need. Coffee machine, teapot, microvawe oven, WM, dishwasher, two TV sets etc. All the rooms has air conditioner. Apartment located on the seaside. There is public beach across the street. On the mainroad 15 minutes parking is free. You can easily find free parking place around three parallel roads far from the sea. It means five minutes walking distance.
