The house on the island of Than. Discover the charm of a 19th century house of character, made of tufa stone, where the Loire flows at the end of the garden. This residence offers you an idyllic setting, a unique Loire view of one of the most beautiful villages in France (Candes Saint-Martin). Ideally located in the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Nature Park, near the castles of Saumur, Chinon, Fontevraud, Montsoreau... It is the perfect base from which to explore the region both culturally and for sports.

La P'tite Troglo, a cozy nest in the hillside

La P'tite Troglo is located between Saumur and Montsoreau, between the Wine Route and the Loire in a wine-growing area. Quiet and charming, guaranteed for a relaxing stay. Atypical accommodation consisting of a friendly room (entrance, lounge area, fitted kitchen and dining area). Two bedrooms, separate toilet, a bathroom with shower/vanity unit. In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

The Artist's Relay

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an outbuilding of our artist's house/workshop. You will feel its warm soul and refined decoration. It is located in the very heart of the village, classified as a "Charming Village" and "Small City of Character". Turquant, welcomes artists and artisans, who open the doors of their workshops, as well as a Métiers d'Art shop in a troglodytic site. Within walking distance you have restaurants, bars and a small grocery store.

Montsoreau Chinon Loire Valley.

In Montsoreau, one of the "most beautiful villages" of France, amazing views, and small shops within walking distance; located between Saumur and Chinon! Famous castles, abbeyes, exceptional gardens, white, red and bubbly wineries, most of them within 10 to 60 min. The house is perfect for one or two couples, but can welcome 6 guests. Market every week, small grocery store, butcher, bakery, 4 restaurants in the village. Great antique market once a moth on the banks of the Loire.
