Alp was an amazing host (best host ever!). He gave us so many great restaurant recommendations and was always very fast answering our multiple questions! 12/10! He always went the extra mile and beyond! Would absolutely recommend!! Location is near the marina and a taxi spot is also close if you want to drive somewhere else.

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

I had an amazing stay at SeaView Grand in Istanbul! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful location. A special thanks to Yunus, who provided outstanding service—he even helped deliver my suitcase after I accidentally left it behind. He is truly trustworthy and went above and beyond to help. The house was as shown in the pictures. The city is quickly reached by car and many different beaches can be easily visited by car. The host is very friendly and always responded quickly to questions. I can definitely recommend the house.

This should be the first choice for those who want a quiet, calm and peaceful getaway. Amazing house, what more could the perfect location be… I think the disappointment of those who expect hotel facilities is meaningless, what is presented clearly enough… The host is very caring and open to communication, we have never had any problems, but it is solution-oriented... Some of the details of the house require maintenance (as the shower head should change), yes, this is a fact, but they do not stand out next to the view… Since we went in March, we did not have a fly problem, but we had a hard time heating the bathroom, so we need to find a solution... In summary, it was a terrific experience, the worst part was that it left! Note: the cats are the real host:)

We had a very pleasant stay. The beautiful beach is right in front of the house, which was a real highlight for us. The accommodation itself is quite small but nicely furnished and very clean. We had to get used to the limited storage space, especially in the bathroom, and had to figure out where to put our things. The kitchen equipment was okay, but the stovetop was quite weak and didn’t get hot enough for proper frying. However, the washing machine and dishwasher were a great plus. The check-in process with the key box was super easy and went very smoothly. Ilke was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly to any questions we had, providing us with great tips for the area. Parking spaces were available nearby, which was convenient. Apart from occasional noise from military helicopters and shooting practice at the nearby military area, it was otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . In a nice location for those who are considering the sea and nature holiday together; we would like to thank the ifaze and wife, who takes care of the house and our neighbor, for their treats and nice conversations. Thank you very much to the host Ms. Derya for her sincerity and attention.

Our hosts were very friendly and reaponsive and the house is even nicer than the photos! Our boys loved the swimming pool!

Close to the airport, but when the doors and windows are closed, the sound is largely cut off. The house is prevented from being hot with the air conditioners in the house.

Our family of six absolutely loved our stay at Sinan's spacious apartment in Istanbul! The generous layout provided ample room for everyone, and the fully-equipped accommodation offered everything needed for an ideal city getaway. The location is truly exceptional - just minutes from the metro station and a short stroll to the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. Convenience is key with several small supermarkets literally steps from the front door. Sinan proved to be an outstanding host. His responsiveness was impressive, even when we arrived late in the evening. His kindness extended to arranging airport transportation for our departure, which made our trip ending stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Very nice apartment with a very nice view. Easy check-in without any problems. Stella was very welcoming and helpful. In addition, a lovely pool area.

Centrally located walking distance to downtown with all the sights. The house has its own parking space which is very convenient because street parking is very difficult. Nearby also shops for shopping. Each room also has air conditioning.

The area where the apartment is located is perfect. The city center with great shopping is easily accessible by bus (costs about €1) if you drive along the beach. From the balcony you can watch beautiful sunsets and the view of the sea and the mountains is beautiful. Supermarkets and restaurants, pharmacy and also taxi/transfer are very close. The most necessary things are included in the apartment. The hosts are nice, helpful and always available.
