Family-friendly holiday rentals in Türkiye

Absolutely beautiful villa to stay at, especially perfect with a group. The sea platform is genuinely heavenly. Only recommendation I have is that the house wasn’t stocked with dishwashing tablets, bin bags, and no additional rolls of toilet paper - it would be great if these things could be included as we had to go and buy them at the market! Definitely wholeheartedly recommend this villa :)

Mr. Necati and his wife were really nice. They helped with everything, no matter the time, thank you so much. The pool is really good in the room we stayed in, and the hot tub was perfect. We are really pleased with the location close to the grocery stores and the gas station. Thanks again.

There were some minor shortcomings, but Mr. Mutlu and Mr. Mahmut take care of everything right away and they are very professional. The pool is big and very nice; we enjoyed the family a lot. The fact that there was a dining table and a seating area on the patio made the time we spent outside even more enjoyable. The house is in a very nice breeze between the mountains. There is no air conditioning in the 4th room; if you recommend it, it is good to keep it according to it (especially in the warm days of the summer). Overall, it was a holiday that we enjoyed very much. Thank you very much.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

The house was amazing. Had everything we needed and the pool area was perfect to have peace and quiet and relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway Seki cottage is an absolute gem. The location is ideal just a short 15 minute drive to shops, restaurants, and beaches. I would recommend hiring a car as you are in a remote village. The villa itself is spacious and immaculately clean with plenty of room to unwind and enjoy your time in comfort. The highlight of our stay was the private pool! We spent lots of time enjoying peaceful surroundings and making the most of the quiet atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit available from the orange, lemon and loquat trees. What set this stay apart was the host, Zehra went above and beyond by welcoming us with breakfast - such a thoughtful touch. She even made us a delicious homemade peach pie. She was very responsive to queries and offered great recommendations for local restaurants making it easy to discover the best places to eat. The stay overall exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning soon.

It was pleasant to spend time in an isolated stone house close to the center with the sounds of birds

The home was very beautiful! Near the beach and about 20 minutes from all the activities we wanted to do. Esma was very sweet and helpful with check in and finding transportation! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

Ms. Hikmet offered a comfort that would make us feel more comfortable than our home from beginning to end. She was helpful with both check in and check out. Even in the slightest need, we communicated right away. The onion soup she made for us was amazing. The house was spotless. If you want to let me get lost and wake up in nature, this location is perfect. It was our first time, but it won't be the last. You can stay with peace of mind.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Excellent place with a beautiful view.Located just around 300M from Uchisar Castle.Gokhan was an amazing host,always promptly responding to queries and arranging various sightseeing trips and airport transfers at reasonable rates. One of the best hosts in our experience so far.Very highly recommended.

Great location with stunning views of the river and rock tombs from the balcony and by the pool. Spacious villa, four bedrooms, great 1st floor living room and balcony. Not particularly new or luxurious, but nice, clean, well maintained. Air conditioning is good, WiFi works fine (not in basement). Pool is a bit small, but fine for cooling off. Location is great, plenty of good restaurants (Allegria was our fave) and a corner shop five minutes walk away. 10 minutes stroll to town centre and boats to the beach. We loved Dalyan. Not too built up, no big hotels, plenty of restaurants. River and views of the ancient tombs is unique and wonderful. The boat trip to the beach is cheap and easy (a cooperative runs shuttle boats, costs £4 return) takes about 40 minutes but is a nice trip. Beach is stunning.

We had a very nice week as a family. I think it was cooler and airier because it was above Akkaya. We even turned off the air conditioner at night. They created a very nice home environment. We loved it. It was also very nice to have places wiped every 2-3 days and changed the towels and sheets. The house smelled good when we arrived and our sheets were changed. Thank you so much for everything.

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. Very nice stay. Alan was very informative before and during out stay. Deniz was on hand and liked that we ordered a bottle of water with her and had it delivered within the hour for a very reasonable price. Microwave was not working when we went to use it but it was taken away and a new one delivered 1 and 1/2 days later and set up. Nothing appeared too much trouble. We went as a group of 4 adults and would definitely recommend this stay.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

Everything was better than we expected. Place has a magnificent view. It’s 20 minutes walking from place to the Kas center. Very recommended!

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.
