Hi, first of all these are cob houses all made by clay in the traditional stone masonery methods of ancient mediterranean. We're leading a self sustainable life 'as much as we can' so our electricity is coming from solar energy panels which are enough to run a small fridge, laptops, lights and phone charges. Wood fire water heater in the bathroom. We wanted to be far from the crowd so we re a bit not so easy to get at. So its best if you have a 4x4 or u can walk a path uphill for 15 minutes.

our house is in a very easy location 2 hours from Istanbul. It is 40 minutes away from Sapanca, 1.5 hours away from the aban. Only the top floor of our triplex house is for rent. Our garden is 8000 m2. There are various fruit trees in it. We offer breakfast and dinner on demand. You can do trekking, fishing , mushroom picking activities. We have extra room for crowded families and transfer for transportation from Istanbul you can message us for detailed information.
