This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Ferienhaus ist vom Tourismusministerium Zertifizirt.Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung und ist direkt an eine Strandpromenade angebunden. Von dort kann die nächste Ortschaft Ürkmez zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreicht werden (Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Wochenmarkt, Apotheke, Ärzte, Restaurants etc...). Die Großstadt Izmir (40 km) ist mit Bus/Dolmus (Minibus) ,oder mit Taxi erreichbar . Vor dem Haus befindet 50 Meter entfernt der Sandstrand .Im Haus befindet Trinkwasser Kühlgerät.(Sebil) und 3 Klimagerät .

You have the choice to relax at your private pool (10 x 4 m) or enjoy a swim in the Aegean sea which is accessible by stairs at the end of your garden. One of the highlights is relaxing on the spacious covered balcony with a glass of wine, rakı or a cold local beer and enjoy the fabulous view of the Aegean sea with it most stunning sunsets.
