Holiday rentals with beach access in Turgutreis

Lovely peaceful and clean house with an increadiable sea view. The mini pool was our teen daughter’s favorite, she enjoyed a lot. We really loved and enjoyed the house. We went the island by our car so it was very easy to reach the house and discover all the beaches of the island. Otherwise it can be a bit difficult to walk the house on the top ıf you’re a bit lazy on holidays like us. But there is always solutions like taxis, rented cars and motorbikes.

It was a nice house close to everywhere in terms of location. We thank Mr. Boğaç.

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

The apartment is new and is located in a quiet location. The accommodation contains all the amenities you could need. Someone was always available for questions and the communication was friendly and nice. Thanks again for a great stay.

We stayed in Bodrum for 3 days. Absolutely incredible city on water! Great people, our hosts were super easy to work with, great I instructions, go rent a boat directly from the boat owner, enjoy the restaurants! This apt is up a slight hill only 100 feet from the marina, fairly new apt, good shower, laundry, two nice rooms, great toiletries, balcony, private compound. Quiet. There is a dog and cat in the compound, don’t be afraid, he doesn’t bite, he might follow u to make sure you aren’t a bad guy! Bodrum is the best! Think… Newport Beach California is vibes except Turkish….

I stayed at this place for a few nights and had a great experience. The house was clean, tidy, and everything was in order. There were no issues at all. I definitely recommend it to others looking to book a place in Bodrum.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place went beyond our expectations — even better than the photos. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The hosts were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I've never had a host who responded so quickly. They were very helpful. The house looked good, and everything was thought out as if you were staying in a real house. I definitely won't look at another house again.

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

We had an amazing stay here, it was just as described and the views from the terrace were beautiful. Kay was so helpful throughout, any questions I had he was super responsive and helpful, the wifi and air con was temperamental but always fixed very quickly. Kay even went as far as helping with taxi number etc which we really appreciated. The pool area was lovely, plenty of space and sun beds. We did struggle at first with the steep hill up to the villa but soon found some steps down from the pool which were much easier to climb. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

This is such a little gem of a place that I almost hesitate to write this review. Gumusluk is one of the few places on the Bodrum peninsula that still feels genuine and peaceful - almost exclusively a Turkish resort. And this place is quintessential Aegean - small but very functional inside, lovely bathrooms, amazing terrace with the sea literally lapping just below and history all around you. It is surrounded by fish restaurants which we thought might be super noisy but generally you feel quite private and it was never overwhelmingly loud. Head over to Rabbit Island to see the ruins. Be sure to go up to the weekly Gumusluk market on a Tuesday - amazing produce and wonderful local vibe. Loved our little sojourn here and Guray was a very communicative host.

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

This is a very cozy, quiet apartment, in a closed area in the mountains. You come as if you were home. The view is gorgeous. You can walk to the sea. We came to the surf school, went there, we didn't go to the beach near the house, but it looks very beautiful.

very nice cosy apartment. walking distance to Kos marina and small part of sandy beach. Bigger sandy beaches can be reached by public transport (bus) easily and very cheap. Not more than 3.50 euro. Bus station is 5 mins walking from apartment. Bus time table is easily down loaded from Google. Sunset on horse back highly recommended. Also Zia mountain village. Pizza con near the apartment must be tried. Our only issue was noise coming from the road but if you ok with it do not look any further.

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. We had a wonderful time in Kos! Dimitra was an incredibly helpful and kind host from beginning to end. The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

We loved our stay in Kos! It was really clean, and the location was perfect super close to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the centre of Kos town. Ioannis was so helpful and always responded really quickly. As a group of girls we all felt really safe in the area! They also have a cute cat which is very friendly!

Had a pleasure stay at one of Stamatis his appartments. Communication went fluent and quick. Everything was clean and well prepared.

The location was great - 5 mins walk to the harbour with numerous restaurants. and Bars. Manolis met us outside the apartment and showed us in, explained how air-con and appliances worked. He responded very quickly to any queries. The apartment was very clean and spacious. On check out we were able to leave our luggage for the day and again Manolis met us to ensure we were safely in the airport taxis, ( which he booked for us). Overall a great holiday and would definitely return and recommend. Thank you Manolis for being a great host!

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!
