Holiday rentals with lake access in Tunstall

It is a lovely place to stay and great surroundings. Everyone had a great time with family member ranging from 11 to 80 year old. The barns and site layout is very well designed and maintained. The highlight was the 10 person swim spa which we spent a lot of time in. The are few local shop a very short drive away including Co-op x2, butchers, chinese, chippy and a pub. The Black Bull gave us a discount on a meal we had there because we where staying at the barn {just show they your booking reference}. If you need a larger shop, Asda and Waitrose are 10-15 mins drive away towards Lincoln. Lincoln is also a great place to visit. The castle currently has the magna carta and Victorian prison is really well done. Lots of places to walk just minutes away. Highly recommend!

The house is lovely and exceptionally well-equipped. The location is superb and Charlotte was extremely helpful. She responded to queries promptly and everything was as it should be. A top host

We came to stay in Cleethorpes sadly to attend my aunts funeral. So only stayed one night. Andy's place was perfect especially for my 86 year old mum and I. It was quiet but accessible to everything. We did manage to get down to the pier where my aunt liked to visit. It was a beautiful day and a perfect send off. We slept well in the very comfortable beds and if we ever visit Cleethorpes again we would definitely stay here again. Andy was very helpful with everything we needed. The only thing missing was a sponge/green scrubber to do the washing up with :) Thank you Andy :)

Couldn’t recommend Catherine’s place and her hospitality any higher. From the original booking earlier this year until arrival she was giving helpful tips and advising me of all the ongoing events over the weekend. We will definitely be back again and cannot wait for our next trip! Thanks again

We had a wonderful stay with our 6 month old baby. Ideal location for the beach, just a short walk down the hill. Also only a short walk to the amenities. Very dog friendly. The host was responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Had such a relaxing stay and especially loved the view from the master bedroom. We would love to return. Thank you!

Loved this place, very easy to be in, more spacious than we anticipated, comfortable, well equipped, all very convenient. As advertised, no problems parking just round the corner after unloading. Loved the bird clock 🤣 ... no complaints. Thank you.

We have just returned home from this lovely air bnb. The setting is lovely, the caravan has everything you need. We were all very comfortable. the garden is completly secure - so perfect for our children and dog. The wild life was lovely. Robert is a great host. We were visiting family so we only used the caravan as a base to sleep and eat breakfast. It's a shame we didn't get to spend more time there to explore the surrounding areas as there are some lovely walks nearby. We would absolutely return again.

A fantastic little house right in the middle of Hornsea. Great for the beach and all amenities. Very clean, warm and comfortable with everything you need. Jayne left us bread, chocolates and Xmas cake really kind. An absolute pleasure to communicate with and very prompt in all responses. Thank you.

Had a fantastic few days in Cleethorpes visiting from Australia to see family. Gill's place was lovely and couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment on vast estate. Furnished to a high standard, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Great feel of space, light and superb views. The hall is 20 minutes drive from the local town. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and off the beaten track, you’ll like this. Nice and exceptionally clean flat, smells nice too. The place looks better than the photos. Kitchen facilities is a bonus. Has washing machine but very noisy, i thought itwas gong to explode! We did not use it again. But only minor thing to complain about. 2 teenagers with us and loved their stay. Surely a home away from home but still having that on holiday feeling . Pet friendly but look really clean and no dog smell nor hairs to be seen. Quiet, very clean and beautiful neighborhood. Good faciliities. Pool and gym free with a pass provided by the host. Need to book the tennis and archery in advance. Walking distance to a clean beach. We walked towards the Filey promenade which is about 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommended and will come back again.

Great dog friendly accommodation that was still super clean. In a fab location with easy and plentiful parking on a site we have never been to before but wouldn't hestitate to go to again, well maintained and great access to beach & Cleveland way for lovely walks into Filey and beyond. Lovely little place, very clean, great value for money and clear and easy instructions

myself and my family had a lovely new years stay in jools' caravan, it was nice and clean and had a very homely feel, there was an xbox, games, books and cd's which went down very well with the kids, the beds were very comfortable and the extra cushions and blankets on both the beds and settees made it feel really cozy, there was everything you could possibly need from, pots, pans, utensils to even plastic kids plates, bowls and cups, which were very useful for my autistic children. The site itself was well kept and looked lovely, obviously it was all closed up for the season but we will definitely be back when all is open again, and will definitely be staying in one of jools' caravan's she has on the site.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with near by restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely book again!

Had a lovely few days at Clare's place. The Bay has all the facilities you need for a beach holiday with the family. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and Clare is incredibly helpful. All you could want, plus we could bring our Labrador along too!

We've just returned from a lovely few days at kingfisher cottage. Jo was very helpful in giving us age appropriate recommendations for things to do in the area and allowed us to check in early which really helped in getting us settled for a nice relaxing break. The cottage is beautiful with nice homely touches, comfy beds and everything we needed. Thank you so much Jo. X

great place to stay, quiet, peaceful and easy accessible to all local amenities. ideal for dog walks along the beach. plenty of local information given by the host. highly recommend this house, and we will be coming back again.

Lovely stay. The only thing was the swimming pool needs modernising but the private access to the beach makes up for it. Nothing the owners can control.

Stayed at The Haven for two nights with our three year old daughter. Great location, close to Honeysuckle Farm which our little one loved and within walking distance of the beach. The house was beautifully decorated, spotless and had everything we needed, including plastic plates and cups and a bed guard for our daughter. Parking was super close and convenient. The beds were comfy - even our little one (who is usually up by 6am) stayed in hers and enjoyed a lie-in! Dawn was very responsive and lovely, even when we were daft enough to put the wrong code into the key box despite very clear instructions! Thank you for a lovely stay Dawn, we would certainly love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was very clean and well appointed. Beautiful location and views. On site restaurant really good. We would say again and highly recommend.
