Our 3 bedroom house is close to the golf course , 200m to the river. Next door to Home away from home 2 ..Book just this one or both houses for groups etc . It is across the road from playground and oval. The house has an outdoor BBQ area .The house is suited for up to 3 couples each with separate rooms or two families with children or a golfing group with 6 beds.Please read house rules We have 1 external security camera in the carport for security. 'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets).
