Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tumbaco

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

We had a really good time at Paul's place. extremely nice and peaceful place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Carlos’s place is perfect for few days stay as a solo travelled or a couple. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to a mall and a big park. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and there are things in the house to cook food if you decide to do it yourself too. Carlos himself was very responsive and got back to me with any questions I had pretty quickly. Would recommend this place if you plan to visit Quito

Great place, nice views and clean. Everything you need it is there. Close to everything around, mall, hospital, grocery store, pharmacy and more. Andres Armando is an excellent host and always prompt to respond to your needs. I recommend this place.

El lugar realmente estuvo muy bien, super limpio y cómodo y cerca de nuestra oficina. Es una excelente opción para hospedarse. Jhonatan se comunicó inmediatamente y envío todas las instrucciones (ubicación, condiciones, etc.) de forma precisa y oportuna.

El lugar es lindo , las amenities son exclusivas de los propietarios del lugar necesitan de un face ID para poder ingresar a todas ellas, no fue agradable usar las áreas húmedas que es lo que más quería usar pidiendo favor para entrar o que te abran la puerta como infiltrados, ya adentro todo es limpio y ordenado, no es fácil pedir comida a domicilio, tienes que salir a recogerla , el anfitrión fue agradable. Hay áreas que no pude usar como el BBQ.

Andrea's place was very comfortable. Excellent high-speed internet and a large screen TV, which included Netflix. There is excellent security. The gym, pool, and games room were also upper class. The kitchen has the most updated appliances with a large fridge and freezer. Staying at Andrea's place is highly recommended. Everything you need for comfort and pleasure is in the apartment, and if you do not have a car, it is very easy to get an Uber with a short wait time.

Excelente experiencia. El departamento estaba impecable, bien cuidado y acogedor, con mobiliario en perfectas condiciones y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación es muy conveniente y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue ágil y cordial. Totalmente recomendado.

Excelente ubicación cerca de los sitios y centros comerciales mas visitados, el lugar muy acogedor limpio y bonito, el anfitrión siempre estuvo a las órdenes y nos ayudó con todo.

Edwin's place was amazing! Exceeded my expectations! Exactly like the photos, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, very nicely decorated. Beside the apartment which was accessible safe and quiet Edwin was the best host ever! always proactive and responding immediately. Highly recommended! I will i am able to visit Quito again and stay at Erwins place

We had such a great stay! They were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. It was a queen bed with a single bed that you can pull out from under. The space is a little small, but it worked well for 2 people. The building was very nice and the view from the room was beautiful. It is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and near the metro and bus station or a short Uber ride to most places in Quito.

El alojamiento estuvo muy bien. Todo limpio, el lugar era amplio y muy completo.
