Mini house ideal for work in Tumbaco

My accommodation is a small independent house, in a private complex of 5 houses, located next to each other, and sharing the garden with large avocado trees. It is in the center of Tumbaco, 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria, Gran Aki and Tia supermarkets, 10 minutes drive from Scala Shopping, Ventura Mall and 15 minutes from Paseo San Francisco, you will find cinemas, pharmacies, gyms, churches, 3 minutes from El Chaquinan trail, 20 minutes from the airport.

We’re a family of four with two young kids (ages 4 and 6), and the apartment was perfect for us—brand new, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt very safe, with plenty of restaurants and a mall just a short walk away. Gabriela was incredibly responsive and provided excellent hospitality. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The apartment is truly one of the best places I have ever stayed at, while utilizing AirBnB. With great decorative interior designs and personal touch's in every room you will feel right at home when you arrive. With excellent bathroom and kitchen spaces. With a really phenomenal view from the top floor or anywhere for that matter day or night with access to laundry services if needed. Internet is great for remote work also. On top of all that the neighborhood is also a sight to behold as well you can go walking less than a few minutes to reach the main Scala Mall, nearby hiking trails, shops, restaurants, and other attractions that will keep you busy all day long. Moreover, Oswaldo is truly a kind soul who knows the ins and outs of his country and on top of that he does amazing photo tour experiences to these truly hidden gem places that visitors will not know about, outside of knowing a local.
