The accommodation is very useful if you go with family and very nice! If you like walking it is 15-20 min from the center but there are pickup trucks that are always around the neighborhood and for $1.50 they take you to the shopping area!

My family of four had an AMAZING stay at Elena’s! Everything was perfect 😍! The view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom was spectacular, and having the hammocks under the shade of the tree and the lounge chairs for sunning and enjoying the sounds of the ocean added to your sense of tranquility. Elena had many super thoughtful amenities that made our stay stress free and enjoyable! It’s easy to see why this place is a guest favorite and she’s a super host 🤩. My family would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.

The House is big and beautiful, The bedrooms are comfortable and very clean. During winter the challenge is that there is no heating but still the house is not that cold and there is a beautiful Fire place. The area is super calm and safe, the house is very clean and comfortable with a super big TV screen for movies. Furniture is new and clean.

Our stay in the abode was spectacular, we had a couple of inconveniences on arrival but Vinicio was always attentive and responded instantly. The place provides everything to feel you in tranquility and I thought it was a nice detail to have blankets on the furniture so you can be warm when you want to watch TV. Perhaps the only thing was that I had contemplated that the house had four rooms since in the listing it indicated, but the house has three rooms. Despite that the last quarter has a cute bunk that allowed us to accommodate well. We hope to come back soon!!

The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. You will not be disappointed staying here. We are very grateful to them for such a lovely time.

The place is very nice, comfortable, clean and quiet, there is a gas station in front and you can go buy anything because it is open late, I would definitely come back

We visited in April of 2025. Having a comfortable space to spread out was truly great so 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms came super handy during out stay. The location could not be better: the fish market with cute sea lions and pelicans, restaurants, bakeries, ice-cream parlors, shops, main pier, tour companies and even a fantastic small local beach with lots of fish to snorkel with right from the shore are a short walking distance away! Jennifer is a great host, very responsive and proactive. She sent a taxi to pick us up from the ferry (you need to take it to get from the airport located on Baltra to Santa Cruz Island) and take us to the apartment. She also helped with recommendations and booking of 2 wonderful boat tours that were the best part of our trip to Galapagos. Jennifer provided detailed instructions on all the steps necessary to board the flight to Galapagos Islands. Overall, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a success! Thank you, Jennifer!!!

Staying at this apartment in Puerto Ayora was such a special experience. The space was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. And the breakfast... honestly, it was unbelievable. Fresh, delicious, and made with so much care—it was one of the highlights of our mornings. But what truly made this place unforgettable were Verónica and Javier. They treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Always available, always kind, and incredibly helpful with organizing tours and making sure we had the best possible experience. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. We left feeling grateful—and already dreaming of coming back.

Lugar belleo, a lot of privacy and security. Quiet environment, access to the pool and beach, lots of comfort. Don Héctor is very friendly and always willing to help and resolve any questions that arise. 100% recommended

Loved this place, right on the Malacon walking distance to shops and restaurants, the ocean is across the street. you can't beat the view from the 20th floor....

We stayed in Aaron and Alla’s apartment for a four-day trip to Cuenca and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The location is right in the middle of the city and we walked everywhere as we explored. We arrived a little earlier than planned and Alla accommodated us and helped us get checked in. She graciously showed us around and even stopped by a little later with extra dish soap and trash bags. The linens were clean and smelled nice and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the milk, eggs, and croissant starters the next morning, too! For parking, Alla showed us a lot around the corner that had a reasonable price for overnight parking. Check-in and check-out were easy, the apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the hosts had every detail covered. They had toys for the little ones, an air mattress for our youngest, a high chair, stroller, fire stick, and laundry soap. Five stars EASY! Thank you!
