I have had the opportunity to cook and learn from the best chefs in the Riviera Maya, as well as having worked for Grupo Karisma Hotels and Nómade Tulum. Where each place brings the best techniques and secrets that give my kitchen a unique touch. I am now in Tulum to share with you my culinary experiences, so that Mexican food is taken to the last corner of the world with the certainty that you enjoy it and take a little bit of Mexico with you!
