Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

The Sedrun-Cungieri ski resort is just a few minutes away and offers some of the most beautiful ski slopes in the region. You can also hike wonderfully in the surrounding area. Modern, light-flooded 3 ½-room ground floor apartment with private whirlpool. The master bedroom impresses with practical built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. This is exclusively equipped with a walk-in shower, a shower toilet and a towel radiator. Toiletries (shower gel & shampoo) are available for you. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be flexibly combined to a double bed. Bathrobes and bathing shoes, toys and board games for children you will have.

Our holiday home features three bedrooms, a separate bathroom and WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Enjoy the balcony, outdoor dining table, and grill. Towels and bedding are provided, and free outdoor parking right at the house. The train station is a 5-minute walk. With endless hiking, biking, skiing options, and a nearby wellness area, our place is perfect for nature lovers, peaceful home office experiences, and outdoor sports.

Spend relaxing days in the "Cortinella - Alpine Hideaway", a simply furnished chalet up to 6 people, which nevertheless offers you all the comforts you expect from a home in the mountains. The property is located in the agricultural zone away from any civilisation. The car park is about a 20-minute walk from the house. A driving licence to the property can be purchased. In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).

We welcome guests to take care of our newly renovated apartment and hope to make many unforgettable stays possible. The house is located just 900 m from the ski lifts, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is on the ground floor and has an independent entrance, with space to store skis and boots. The apartment is fully furnished. The view from the kitchen is directly on the mountains and the small church of Rueras.

The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.

Hier genießt du einen spektakulären, unverbaubaren Blick auf die Bündner Bergwelt. Perfekt für Outdoor-Fans: Der bekannte Wanderweg „Senda Sursilvana“ führt direkt an deiner Haustür vorbei.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
