The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

Amanda was responsive and helpful with local recommendations leading up to our trip. When we arrived, everything was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. It was the perfect space for what we needed, with many thoughtful touches (such as dog bowls and treats for our pup) and was set up to feel right at home. The living room had plenty of seating for our group, a fun pinball machine, the fireplace was a beautiful and created cozy ambiance for our wet and rainy weekend. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to come again sometime!

The place was great, it had everything I needed for my stay, and I was very comfortable there. My only complaint would be that people in other units could be loud enough to hear sometimes.

I needed a comfortable place to stay near the trailhead to Mount Roberts and this location was perfect, being only 11 miles away. And it is comfortable, with a cushy couch and chair, an amazingly comfortable bed (with great pillows), a big spotlessly clean bathroom and just enough kitchen set-up for one to two people. The room is quite stylishly designed and everything is easy to find (extra towels, blankets, utensils, etc.) Rennae is an excellent host. After a light overnight snow, I went out early to brush off my car to fine it had already been brushed of snow! You will find her friendly and responsive. You will feel welcomed. After a tough, but exhilarating hike, it was the perfect accommodation to return to and enjoy a pleasant evening. I can highly recommend the Birch Bedroom!
