Just the right needs for our wants! Well maintained property and home with spacious front and backyards. In a peaceful and quiet area but very convenient to all the amenities, necessities, and good food and drinks. Charles was very prompt to our questions and supportive in our curiosities. I will quickly select this property when returning and highly recommend.

It was great to rent from a person and not a company! Very responsive. The mattresses were top notch and we slept great. It was awesome to have the grill, and we thoroughly enjoyed the outside shower and hammock. It was nice to not have to pack toiletries as they were all provided! The water lapped right up to the stilts and the view was worth the price alone. Very secluded beach, another house/rental next door but still felt like a private beach. We ran in the morning and went off road on the trails, a really great run with plenty of mileage to be had! Watch for deer when driving, they were everywhere! 4 stars and not 5 only because there is a huge wrap around balcony with chairs, but no big table to sit at and enjoy a meal al fresco! We did put 2 side tables together and make it work for 3 of us but the chairs didn’t fit and it wasn’t ideal. Also, The kitchen could have been more stocked if you enjoy cooking and are staying a while (Tupperware for leftovers and pots and pans etc)

100% the best air bnb I have ever been to. the kitchen is FULLY stocked. We utilized the kitchen and grill each day and had more than enough kitchen tools to cook some great food. Sharp knives, plenty of cutting boards and mixing bowls, and plenty more tools. The outdoor spaces are great, the walk to the beach and view is absolutely great, and the upstairs den is SUCH a peaceful place to chill and watch a movie. We will be back 100%

We just got back from our stay & words can’t describe how PERFECT this place was. We have stayed at quite a few beach homes & this has by far been our favorite. The house and ocean is absolutely gorgeous. The hosts have provided everything you may need and MORE. My 2 young boys enjoyed the body boards, jumbo noodles, nets for catching crabs, and so much more they provided. They even provided life jackets which put me more at ease for my kids safety. The golf cart was a nice extra as well, we drove down the road to the nature reserve to see wildlife. The house was clean and had anything you may need during your stay. We went out each day and ate at a different restaurant and enjoyed all the locals! The host was very polite and responsive. We give it a 10/10 and plan to be back soon :)
