Mein Atelierwagen steht genau am anderen Ende unseres grossen Grundstücks. Der Wagen ist ein ehemaliger Zirkuswagen den wir restauriert haben: Er hat eine voll ausgestattete 50er Jahre Küche, Sitzgelegenheit, Tischchen und oben im Aufbau ein Doppelbett. Im 50m entfernten Haus habt ihr ein separates GästeWC mit kleinem Waschbecken. Der Wagen hat keine Dusche! Es gibt ein eigenes Wlan und beheizt wird der Wagen mit einer Wärmepumpe (ab 2026). Der Wagen ist über eine eigene Sicherung abgesichert

Die 33 qm große Wohnung befindet sich als Teil eines charmanten Holzhauses und überzeugt durch durchdachten Komfort, clevere Raumlösungen und eine wohnliche Atmosphäre. Raumaufteilung & Ausstattung Die Wohnung verfügt über 1,5 Zimmer und bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Die separate Küche und das Bad sind ausgestattet mit allem notwendigen.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

The living space is about 70 m² and includes a small entrance area, hallway, toilet, kitchen, a spacious living room with balcony, open design kitchen and fireplace, a cozy bedroom for a maximum of two people, a dressing room/relaxation room with a large mirror sliding door wardrobe and a chic bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower at ground level.
