We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Grigor’s property in Dilijan with our group of three couples. Grigor was an exceptional host - always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with recommendations on places to visit and things to do in the area. The house itself was fantastic - immaculately clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions to reach the property made it easy to find, even for first-time visitors to the area. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Dilijan!

Zove and Karin took me by surprise. The amount of warmth, hospitality and the village experience away from the hustle and bustle made our trip memorable. Karin and her family made us feel at home. As we head back, we will forever cherish the stay and the company.

The surroundings are serene, with the added bonus of waking up to the sight of horses playing just outside — such a calming experience. The environment is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, with quiet nights and a truly relaxing vibe.

Very nice apartment, cool design, everything clean, we had all the things that were are necessary. There was even some very good coffee and spices left. It was a bit cold sometimes (especially in the bathroom) but the heaters work quite well. The owner is always in touch and can answer any question. Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice spacious apartment, provides everything you require for a decent vacation. Though it’s not too close to republic square, still convenient to reach via taxi. The host is also responsive. The only demerit is that it is noisy throughout as it is located on ground floor facing a very busy road.

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.
