Holiday rentals with a patio in Tsaghkadzor

Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location with a direct view of the Cascade from the bedroom. Everything was exactly as described – luxurious, stylish, and beautifully equipped. Walking distance to all major attractions in central Yerevan. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and perfect not just for a stay, but even for living! We were five people, and there was more space than we needed, which made us feel very comfortable. It had all the amenities we could need, and even coffee, sugar, and water which is really rare. The location is great, and the apartment has a wonderful atmosphere. Hi it was a great stay for 2 nights. Not very close to town centre, but certainly walkable. The shopping centre next door and the food court is really useful. Had positive vibes. Only missing parts were a wine bottle opener 😃. Also I guess patio furniture may need a dust cover. We had a good time meeting another family at the patio during our stay. Would certainly return again🙏
