Autumn is a beautiful house , spacious and stylish , there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay . Everything was sparkling clean by the time we arrived . Very welcoming and welcoming host , responded quickly to all our requests and even gave us a bottle of great wine . We are very happy to have had memorable days with the whole family at this wonderful place . We warmly recommend it . We will definitely go back again )

Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

We spent three days with a family with a small child in the house. From the very booking, David was in touch, prompting and giving recommendations regarding the trip. For the little guest, the owner of the house specially prepared a cot and a high chair for feeding, and when we checked in, homemade baklava was waiting for us! The house is spacious, with a beautiful well-groomed area and good furniture. There is also a turtle living on the territory, it was a complete delight for the child) We found a luxurious bloom of roses on the territory of the house. We didn't have time to use the pool and sauna, but they were also ready to use. The house has everything you need for your stay, including slippers, shampoos and shower gels. There are shops within walking distance (about 300 m - a small shop and about 500-600 m - a fairly large supermarket, but you need to walk a little uphill to it). The city center is about 15 minutes by taxi. There are also grocery delivery services. We were satisfied and thank David for his help in various matters!

We stayed at Liana’s place for a week. It was wonderful. They were helping us with flexible check in and check out. The place is 15 mins from Dilijan so very easy to commute for tourist attractions. Strongly recommended.

What a lovely home! Super close to some fantastic restaurants and the best of what Dilijan has to offer. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Arevik is a delight to communicate with: she was responsive, helpful and highly accommodating. Would recommend this home in a heartbeat!

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

This is a very beautiful house with a gorgeous view. The wifi is fast, the beds are clean, there are 2 big screen TVs. Highly recommended

Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

Nice big house. Two bathrooms, spacious kitchen-living room, several tables where you can work comfortably, easily park a car, good air conditioning, there is a balcony with a mountain view, there is a barbecue. There are several large stores in the vicinity.

We chose this place because we travelled as a family of 7, and it is not easy to find an accommodation that fits such a group. This house was spacious, had sufficient beds and 2 toilets (although only one shower), large living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Edward and his family members communicated with us timely and clearly and met us when we arrived. The location is outside the main street, but it is just a staircase away from a large square where the Dilijan municipality is located. There is a small grocery shop next door and two large supermarkets just 5 min walk. Although the house features a parking in the courtyard, we were not able to park there, since our 7-seater car was too heavy and we had to park at the street nearby (which was easy though).

We with our big family had a fantastic experience staying at this villa! The place was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere—perfect for relaxation. Razmik was an exceptional host—friendly, welcoming, and made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for a great place to stay with a warm and hospitable host, I highly recommend Razmik’s villa. I would definitely book again in the future!

Our stay was great: very cool historic house and very clean overall, good balance between old and new. Location-wise it's on the main road so pretty convenient, but a little hard to spot so definitely needed some help from Angin which was very responsive. When we arrived there we no towels, but they were extremely fast in bringing them to us so no real issue there. Wi-fi worked well. Very pleasant stay, would recommend if you need some peace and quiet

The house was very big and beautiful, we enjoyed our time there. If you have a car, it is very easy to access the city center and shops

The place was above expectations, just because that evening at least everything else was in good faith and the prices were overpriced. Given the location near the resort, it was just super. The cabin we were in is a little smaller than it feels, but more than enough.

We had a great stay in Nurnus! Before the trip, I called Armen to ask if we should bring firewood for the grill — he said no worries, there’s already plenty at the house. He also told us that the pool will be perfect for swimming once the water warms up. When we arrived in the village, Armen met us and guided us to the house. He showed us around, explained everything, and later even called to check if everything was good — very kind and attentive! The place itself is beautiful — amazing views, gorgeous sunsets, very cozy and comfortable. The heating was on, so it was warm at night, hot water was always available, and the linens were clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this house in Dilijan. The location is perfect—nestled in the serene, forested hills, yet close enough to the town center for convenience. The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with traditional Armenian touches that made it feel both authentic and comfortable.
