The house consists of 6 rooms (18 beds), kitchen, 4 bathrooms with showers and 35 sq meters fireplace room. We offer a hot relaxing bath in a banya, a wood-fired sauna and a graduation tower. The property is located in the Natura 2000 area, and an 8 km bicycle path leads to the sandy beach on the Szczecin Lagoon.

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Our holiday apartment is situated on a peninsula in a unique location - on one side only 100 m from Lake Neuwarp, on the other side only about 80 m from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature and leisurely walks by the water. In our small town, you will find two bistros, a pizzeria and a café. There is a supermarket only about 500 metres from the apartment. The beautiful city of Szczecin is about an hour's drive from us.
