Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

A wood-fired sauna is included! Experience the luxury of nature and simplicity. Just a hundred metres from the lake, surrounded by trees, lies your cabin. A place to just relax or hang out with no requirements. Take a morning swim in the lake or sit and cozy up in front of the wood stove. By the lake, there is also a wood-fired sauna that you are free to use. It's a special experience you don't want to miss. Berglagsleden route is a well-known hiking route of 280 km right next to the house. We overlook a lake where you can enjoy fishing no fishing license needed. Swimming, sailing, canoeing and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, you will find a café restaurant, supermarket and pastry shop. We are surrounded by the forest. There are also 2 golf courses in the area. EP charging point available for a fee

With an area of 65 sqm and the possibility to accommodate up to 10 people (6 in the main house and 4 in the guest house), this accommodation is perfect for larger families or friends. With only 30 meters to the lake, you can enjoy a fantastic view and easy access to our private dock. This home is for those who seek peace and quiet in scenic surroundings. You are still close to Karlskoga center with shops and restaurants 10 km away. The nearest grocery store (Stora Coop) is 6 km. You will have access to the entire property, with a total of 6 sleeping places, which consists of a cottage and a small cottage. Both are fully renovated internally during summer 2025. The cottage is located directly by the water by the lake Möckeln. There is an oar oak that can be used by you as a guest.

Typical Swedish red/white wooden house located in the heart of Bergslagen with many hiking trails and local sights near Örebro. The house is a fully furnished guest house of 80 square meters with beds for 6 people. There is a main house 50 meters from the premise where the host lives during the summers and a huge garden/green areas to roam around on and a trampoline for kids to play on. A small beach/jetty for guests at the nearby lake & many other lakes are within walking distance of the house

Newly-equipped house with its own bay and rowboat

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

Apartment on a farm in the beautiful countryside

This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.
