The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. The last 200 m of the access road may be in poor condition, muddy/frozen/snowy, but with caution passable, depending on the current weather. We offer a separate floor in a family house in the village of Havlovice. The accommodation is available 1+1, has a sunny terrace and there is plenty of space for bicycles, strollers, sleds... The house is located directly on the bike path, so it is an ideal starting point for in-line skating and cycling trips. In winter, the living rooms and bathroom are heated, but the corridors remain cold.
