The granny apartment has a parking space, which is right in front of the separate entrance. The apartment includes: - Hallway with separate toilet and shower, - Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, - Open living room with dining area, flat-screen TV, ... - Bedroom with wardrobe and double bed, - Daylight bathroom with bath and shower, - Private terrace with sun awning and terrace furniture. We combine the reduced life in nature in a self-built, simple hut in a unique location on the edge of the forest with modern design. We are not a professional hotel business. Insects are to be expected! Attention: be sure to follow the instructions for the equipment!

Hexenhaus am Waldrand - Fichtelsee

Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

If you are afraid of spiders you should not book this cottage. If you like to sit in the countryside or lie in the meadow sooner. They are surrounded by trees, bushes, flowers, and ponds. However, the federal highway is within earshot. The cottage is about 100 years old and very charming. Nevertheless, you cannot drive directly to the car. The stairs to the upper floor is narrow and steep. Bathroom and toilet are in the annex. Where "toilet" means composting toilet.

A fully equipped small kitchen with all the utensils you need, including a dining area for 4 people. The stylish furniture and color scheme invite you to relax and unwind.

All in nature, with lots of wood, a cozy cuddly spot, an ideal retreat for one person or for two. The shower is located in a separate bath trolley with sink, compost toilet and shower.

Feel at home in my cozy apartment! The 45 m² apartment is modernly decorated and fully equipped. The newly renovated apartment is located next to a riding stable near Weißenstadt, a lovely small town and only 5 minutes by car from the lake. It is very easy to reach and you can park in front of the house for free. Perfect starting point for activities (hiking, biking, skiing) in nature, spa visits, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic and more.

Kleines Studio-Apartment Naturoase

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspann dich in dieser friedlichen Oase. Das Studio ist sehr gut für Kurzzeitübernachtungen geeignet. Es liegt sehr schön in Waldnähe und eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderausflüge und der Erholung in der Natur. Bayreuth ist ca. 30 min. entfernt und lädt zum bummeln oder Kultur genießen ein. Auch sind die Luisenburgfestspiele sehr gut in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Leider ist zu beachten das das Studio nur über ein WC verfügt.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied.
