Newly built cabin from 2022 in the middle of an eldorado of cross-country ski trails. The place is the most snowy in the area. Cross-country ski trails run here from November to late April. The cabin contains 4 bedrooms, loft living room, open living room-kitchen solution, (living room has high ceiling, large bathroom with infrared sauna, private toilet room, laundry room, hallway. Large terrace with exit from the living room. Kitchen is richly equipped with dishwasher. The cabin has a year-round road, the road goes all the way to the cabin wall. Parking space for 4 cars. Great view.

Damtjønna - Self-service beach

Nice and modern cabin, here you can relax in beautiful surroundings. You get close to nature and there are miles of cross-country trails right outside the door. The place is also suitable in summer with hiking trails and fishing waters in the immediate vicinity. You also have Selbusjøen with many activities in the immediate vicinity. The cabin has a large living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms on the main floor, as well as a bedroom on the loft. Delicate bathroom and sauna. Laundry room with its own entrance and large loft where the children can play.

Idyllic home by the sea in Indre Fosen

The main house consists of two floors, the main floor and the basement floor. In total there are 15 beds + a crib divided into 5 bedrooms and a basement living room (13 beds for adults). 3 of the bedrooms are on the main floor, the rest in the basement. The main floor has a pleasant open living room and kitchen solution with fireplace, sofa corner, TV and dining area. From the living room there is a direct exit to a sunny terrace, with a fantastic view. There are separate toilet and shower rooms on each floor.

Welcome to our guest apartment! PLEASE NOTE! July 5-August 4, 2025: Minimum 3 nights stay. Here you have a private entrance, extensive views of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with many sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the table can be pulled out and give room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 min to Trondheim city center in 12 min. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

Log cabin by Selbusjøen

Here you live centrally, but peacefully. Immediate proximity to Selbusjøen where you can skate or ski in winter. There are many hiking opportunities in Selbu and both Skarven and Roltdalen, as well as Rensfjellet are a short drive away. At Selbuskogen ski resort you will find high quality ski slopes. Shop and gas station are 2 km away. A total of 3 computer monitors are available that can be connected to PlayStation if you wish. Pram (Simo) is in the shed, but diaper bags etc. must be brought.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Store oppholdsrom, fire soverom, to bad, badstue, hage, platting og takterrasse med gode solforhold og grill muligheter. Flotte tur- og bademuligheter ca. 10 min gange. Kort vei til buss, dagligvare og kjøpesenter (ca. 2 min) med bakeri, bokhandel, apotek og Vinmonopol. Bad i 1. etasje pusses opp i februar og ferdigstilles i mars. Sengetøy og håndduker er inkludert. Elbil-lader tilgjengelig.

The adventure

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige stedet. Hytta ligger nærme en innsjø med gode bade muligheter. Det er innlagt strøm, men gass komfyr. Det er en bod inne i hytta med kjøleskap med liten fryser under. Hytta har et «uthus» hvor det befinner seg badstue, bod og utedo. Det er ikke innlagt vann og ingen innedo. Det er bomvei (100,-). Vei nesten helt frem på sommeren (50 m å gå fra parkering). På vinter er det ca 1,4 km å gå på ski.
