Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Trinity County

Was a great place to stay for a few days on the lake. The house was very well equipped with just about everything you need. Host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions or concerns. Would definitely rebook again in the future.

This place is so cute! Updated just enough to not take all the charm out of the home. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, Jennifer had all the little things you could need available. Views are spectacular! Quiet neighbors, well lit on backyard, it was overall just what we needed for our recharge trip! Only thing I’d recommend is bring bait when you come in, because it was hard to find a place locally. She had recommended a place but when we went there they did not. The cashier wasn’t very friendly.. lol This place is worth coming too.. oh, & don’t forget to use the kayaks and check out the lake and Goat Island!

We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and both our Moms passed very close to our anniversary, so we were celebrating them as well. I know what they would've said, my mother in law would've cried because it's that beautiful, pictures (good as they are) do this property no justice. My Mom would've just sat outside with the wind rustling the trees over that peaceful cove. Home is an accurate description. From the bottom of our hearts from our family to yours, thank you!

nice stay , plenty of room.

We found The Lazy Villa perfect for our recent vacation. Our grand children, 8 and 9, had plenty to keep them busy, they fished, played games in the game room and kayaked. Mindy was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The location was peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Mindy!

The place is spectacular, the nature, the river full of life, ideal for sport fishing, the cabin is impeccable, all the appliances are new, you have everything you need to every detail, have a private dock ideal for fishing, the fishing is very good, you can use the kayaks, the campfire and the lounge chairs were a perfect touch for the night, the hosts were very attentive to any inconvenience, the place far exceeded our expectations.

Tranquility is an appropriate term for Gigi’s place. Miles of hiking trails on the golf course. Plenty of catchable fish just yards from the villa. Abundant wildlife almost close enough to touch. We came for two months to escape Michigan winters. The best part for us was the back deck which is all woodland. It also has a grill so you could make your own BBQ. We had the privilege to visit with Gigi and she is so kind and considerate. She makes you feel like family.
