Holiday rentals with lake access in Trinity County

Was a great place to stay for a few days on the lake. The house was very well equipped with just about everything you need. Host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions or concerns. Would definitely rebook again in the future.

The outdoor part is very nice. Huge lawn, trinity river is steps away from the back porch and there’s even a small pier to go out on. The inside is very homey with lots of space and everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway

We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and both our Moms passed very close to our anniversary, so we were celebrating them as well. I know what they would've said, my mother in law would've cried because it's that beautiful, pictures (good as they are) do this property no justice. My Mom would've just sat outside with the wind rustling the trees over that peaceful cove. Home is an accurate description. From the bottom of our hearts from our family to yours, thank you!

This lovely home was exactly as pictured and described. The home was full of amenities- you could show up with just your toothbrush and have a wonderful lake weekend. Comfortable beds and serene surroundings. My kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off of the dock. We went in December, so no swimming for us.

We found The Lazy Villa perfect for our recent vacation. Our grand children, 8 and 9, had plenty to keep them busy, they fished, played games in the game room and kayaked. Mindy was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The location was peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Mindy!

There were nine of us and overall, the house worked great for our two families. It was comfortable and roomy. The kitchen worked well for preparing a large Thanksgiving meal! Thanks for a memorable family Thanksgiving gathering!

Darcy is a fantastic host! She fast to respond and made sure we were right at home during our stay. The home was the perfect size for my mother, myself, and my toddler, but it could definitely accommodate a couple more. It was cozy and peaceful.

we had an amazing time. love the scenery, enjoyed our weekened there. very fun, enjoyed every moment of it. and thank you to the host for being very attentive and always responded right away. would definitely recommend and will be comming back later down the year

This place was so cute and cozy the weather was horrible so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. Jenna was so friendly she definitely made the stay so much better. Having a great host really makes a difference. The place was very neat and clean. Plan on going back hopefully with better circumstances and weather

My wife and kids loved our stay there. Our only regret is not staying longer. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility that it offered. They had everything we needed to make the stay more comfortable. We can definitely say you must see this place.

Our stay at The White House was comfortable, peaceful and enjoyable. The views of the yard and lake from the living room were beautiful. The couches were a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. We will likely come back to the area in a year’s time for the same event and we all agreed we would gladly stay at the White House again.

The photos were accurate for the top half of the cottage. Lower portion had an enclosed area which is helpful for those mosquitos, but no TV for viewing which bummed the teen a bit. The hammocks were nice on the lower level. Two chairs were provided for the top deck so that was helpful in being able to take in the sunrises. Overall clean. There had been lots of winds prior to our stay so lots of dirt on the outside areas as well windows, but the inside was clean and orderly. Even had an electric tea kettle which was a plus. Bring your own kitchen towels if you do any cooking/baking. Otherwise quite comfy and would stay again.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place . It’s right by the river and we spent all weekend fishing. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back
