Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!
