Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. If you do love nature and the outdoor sports, and if you appreciate authentic village life rather than the beaten track we are the right place for you. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Directly next to the yurt are our llamas, alpacas and rabbits. Our farm shop offers the guests products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be  prepared by themselves.  All cooking utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery are ready and can be used.
