Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Trikala

Yiannis place is was spacious, close to the market, bakery, and several restaurants, and has fast wifi. Parking was easy to find for my rental and I felt right at home here as the neighborhood is filled with kind locals. This place is a gem! If you’re visiting Meteora. Look no further. I was worried about the church bells ringing all night but they stop around 10pm and only restart at around 7am. Seeing as to how I slept with ear plugs, I never noticed. I only found out when I woke up early to go hiking. What a lovely town. Thank you Yiannis!

As local, cosy, and homey as it will ever get!! We felt like we were truly staying in someone’s home, with beautifully hand-carved wooden furniture in the entire apartment. The host who might’ve been Despoina’s grandmother even greeted us even at 3 am after our delayed flight to Athens. She was super sweet!! As we were leaving the next morning, she picked fresh flowers in her garden and gave them to us. She then waived us goodbye as we got in our cars and drove away.

We had a wonderful stay! It was very nice and very clean. The absolute highlight, however, was the warm and friendly hostess, who gave us super good tips and welcomed us very kindly. We would definitely come back on a next trip!

We loved how much space we had at Stergios’ place! We enjoyed both walking to restaurants and cooking dinner at the house. Stergios’ check in instructions were very clear, and he messaged us after the first night to make sure everything was ok. There is AC in the house, but it is only one wall unit above the front door, so unfortunately our bedrooms were quite hot the first night and only slightly cool the second. Still, our stay overall was great and I would recommend it!

This is an outstanding place to stay in a beautiful part of Greece. Dimitrios and Katerina have taken great care to curate a wonderful experience for their guests. Enjoy their recommendations for restaurants and things to do as well. Their place is comfortable, nice and cool for the hot weather, and contains everything you need.

Dimitris was very courteous and proactively gave a lot of tips. He was very quick to respond to messages. The apartment is very modernly furnished and clean. The location is convenient for visiting the monasteries in Meteora. We recommend a stay.

Pretty much exactly as described. More spacious than we expected. HUGE kitchen area, lots of room. By far the largest place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Greece (going all over the country). Walkable to city center, lots of food, grocery options nearby. Would stay again.

Staying at Elizabeth’s home at the base of Meteora was a highlight of our trip to Greece. Elizabeth is a super host, so friendly and generous with homemade cake, wine, bread and spreads, lovely coffee , fresh fruit and freshly made cheese pies! Her home and garden were spacious and immaculate with loving touches making it feel very welcoming and the views from every window were breathtaking. We walked every day exploring the area and loved coming home. The village of Kastraki has everything you need and loads of character. We highly recommend Elizabeth’s place to anyone.

Very comfortable apartment, very nicely decorated and ideally located for visiting the monasteries, on foot (a departure near the apartment to discover the monasteries of Agia Triada and Agios Stephanos) and by car. Close to shops and restaurants easily accessible on foot. The hosts are charming and so our stay in the meteors was very pleasant We strongly recommend

A property with a perfect location, with views. Quiet area but close to the town centre, well connected to restaurants and shops. Especially the bakery in front of the accommodation. Giorgoq is very kind and attentive in everything. Very complete accommodation. A place to repeat. 10 minutes' drive from the monasteries, super convenient.

Great place. Easy to find, basically in the corner just before the road leading up to the monasteries. Free parking close by. The room itself was squeaky clean and of good standard. Friendly and helpful host. Restaurants in walking distance. Quiet inner yard. Definitely recommended.

We stayed here for one night and loved it. Easy to park outside, short walk to shopping and restaurants, and a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting and having wine on the balcony. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment, a bit big/expensive for a single person. I picked it because it was close to a charging station for my rented electric car. Communication with host was clear. Walking distance from Trikala center.

The room was super clean, with ample parking 1'walk from the accommodation and perfectly located for walks in the center on foot. The owner's instructions were accurate and the check in and check out very easy. There is always hot water for bathing and the temperature in the accommodation is excellent, despite the incredible cold of Kalambaka. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and hope to visit again! Thank you so much! ❤

Despite the speed of our stay, we spent 2 absolutely fabulous days. Nikolaos is very responsive, available, welcoming, warm, and friendly. We enjoyed ourselves in his restaurant and had wonderful moments and conversations with him. The apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, very clean, and welcoming. We recommend this Airbnb 100%, you can go there with confidence!
